Others, however, remain hidden; but when they do rear their ugly heads, they can throw an organisation into chaos.

Join us this Monday to discuss. Dr Leonie Baldacchino, Dr Elaine Dutton and Prof Sandra M Dingle share their insights live on the 30th November at 12.30 pm CET (11.30am GMT / 1.30pm EET)
